https://ferrazdevasconcelos.sp.gov.br/web/wp-content/uploads/2018/12/Julien-Pereira.jpeg1280853 Ministério da Transparência e Controladoria-Geral da União (CGU) divulgou este mês, em comemoração ao Dia Internacional contra a Corrupção, o resultado da Escala Brasil Transparente (EBT). A avaliação, diferentemente das três últimas edições, trouxe uma inovação na sua metodologia. A principal diferença é que além da transparência passiva, também foi avaliada a transparência ativa. Ou seja, além da regulamentação da Lei de Acesso a Informação (LAI), a Controladoria Geral da União mapeou como governos estaduais e municipais todas as publicações na internet os dados sobre receitas e despesas, licitações e contratos, estrutura administrativa, obras públicas, listas de servidores, entre outros. A avaliação ocorreu nacionalmente e contemplou tanto a transparência ativa como a passiva estabelecida pela Lei Federal 12.527/2011 e tão somente cidades com mais de 50 mil habitantes. A cidade de Ferraz de Vasconcelos ficou em primeiro lugar entre os municípios que compõem o CONDEMAT e na lista do Ministério da Transparência em 97; seguido de Poá 99; Santa Izabel 138; Guarulhos 200; Ribeirão Pires 209; Bertioga 222; Mogi das Cruzes 262; Arujá 302; Itaquaquecetuba 393 e Suzano 580. De acordo com os índices a cidade de Ferraz de Vasconcelos passa a ser pioneira em dar transparência aos atos praticados na administração, e mostrar resultados positivos ao lançar no portal da transparência em tempo real seus gastos e receitas. Para o prefeito José Carlos Fernandes Chacon, o Zé Biruta, essa avaliação serve para demonstrar a seriedade do governo nos gastos do dinheiro dos impostos da população. “ Fico extremamente feliz em saber que nossa cidade está em primeiro lugar no ranking da região em dar transparência aos gastos da Prefeitura, isso mostra que nossa equipe e os demais funcionários da prefeitura estão trabalhando com seriedade,” afirmou o prefeito.
